User Flow

The reimagined user flow architecture was strategically designed to create distinct pathways for four key audience segments: Students, Professionals, Executives, and Non-Members.

Understanding that each click risks user drop-off, I led the optimization of the conversion funnel to guide prospects from awareness through consideration to decision stages with minimal friction. The flow intelligently integrates various marketing channels, from automated email sequences and social media engagement to an AI-powered chatbot and targeted landing pages, each carefully positioned to capture and nurture leads at different funnel stages.

Each pathway was constructed to align with audience-specific behaviors and information needs, incorporating both organic and paid traffic sources through platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. The event microsite serves as the central conversion point, featuring track-specific content that guides users to appropriate lead-generation opportunities.

This user-centric approach ensures each segment receives relevant information through optimized paths while significantly reducing bounce rates by delivering value in fewer clicks, all while working within the existing technical infrastructure.
